I have to do rollback to Windows 7 or reinstall Windows 10 and then reenter the new product key. ![]() In any event, I've since attempted to enter a new product key, however I keep getting an error.I contacted Microsoft and they informed me that I won't be able to activate the OS. I keep getting a blue screen every 2 hours and it informs me that it will eventually fail to start unless I activate it. It is now prompting me to activate/update the product key. A few months ago I did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview.
